Included in the Top 10 list … Fluke Networks’ OptiView Integrated Network Analyzer. May 2006 Xchange Online discusses how Big Pipe, a Canadian telecom provider, uses Fluke Networks’ OptiView Integrated Network Analyzer to test fiber and trim the cost of service calls “Regardless of the source of the issue …we always went to the site to find out what was wrong,” says Mike Hall, senior director of operations at Big Pipe.
