 “OptiFiber OTDR Your Story Contest”
Official Contest Rules

1) Overview: Fluke Networks, (the “Sponsor”) is offering the “OptiFiber OTDR Your Story Contest”, (the “Contest”) and will determine a Grand Prize winner based on the outcome of the judging process as described in this document. The Contest begins July 1, 2008 and ends August 31, 2008, (“Contest Period”).

2) Eligibility: Open only to Fluke Networks customers, 18 years of age or older who are current owners or users of a Fluke Networks OptiFiber OTDR. 
Employees, officers and representatives (and members of their immediate families and those living in the same household of each) of Fluke Networks, its parent, subsidiaries or affiliated companies, it advertising and promotion agencies and any company involved in the design, execution or production of the Contest are not eligible. Contest is subject to all applicable international, national and local jurisdictional laws. Void where prohibited or restricted by such laws.   

3) How to Enter:  Fluke Networks is encouraging owners/users of the OptiFiber OTDR to share their success stories about the most critical or significant problem solved by their use of the Fluke Networks OptiFiber OTDR. You can submit your success story (“Contest Submission”) by e-mail or by regular USPS mail. 

By e-mail:  Send an e-mail to yourstory@flukenetworks.com no later than, 11:59 PM US Pacific Time August 31, 2008 with “OptiFiber Your Story Contest Entry” in the Subject Line.  In the body of the e-mail provide the following points of information: 

1. Your complete name, street address, city, state/province, zip/postal code, country, phone number and e-mail address.
2. The name of your employer and your job function/title.
3. The number of nodes in your work environment.
